In a company of US that I worked for, every year there was a merit increase of salary for the workers in the department. The divisional head would give the whole department an average amount, say 4% for next year's increase. Then the department manager would decide how to distribute this increase by the performance evaluation. For example, 1 out-standanding person get 7%, 2 comendable person get 5%, 10 acceptable person get 2%, 2 need improvement person get 0%, etc. Additional 3% would be added to the person got promoted. 對我來說當然是加薪重要
不過對不缺錢的人來說
成就感或許對他來說會比較重要

職位這種東西只是虛的 錢才是重點

我個人覺得加薪比較重要，升遷要負責的東西也變多了，怕工作時間變太長
